What a night! 🎉 We had the absolute pleasure of being part of Great Western Railway’s Excellence Awards 2025, held at the Select Car Leasing Stadium in Reading (formerly known as the Madjeski Stadium). This annual event is all about celebrating the incredible teams at GWR, and we were beyond excited to bring our Corporate Hire 360 Video Booth to add to the fun!
Setting the Stage 🎬
We arrived early to make sure everything was set up and ready to roll for our 10 PM start. Positioned just outside the Princess Suite, we had a prime spot to capture all the excitement of the evening. With a branded backdrop, custom start screen, themed video template, and outro, we made sure every guest’s experience was seamless and totally on-brand.
The 360 Booth Magic ✨
From the moment the awards wrapped up, the energy was electric! Guests couldn’t wait to jump on the 360 Booth, strike their best poses, and create some seriously fun, slow-mo, and sassy videos. It was amazing to see everyone letting loose, celebrating their wins, and making memories with their colleagues. There was so much laughter, creativity, and a whole lot of dancing—exactly what we love to see!
The Extras That Made the Night 🎲⚡
We weren’t the only ones bringing the entertainment! The amazing team from The Little Events Company set up their fantastic casino tables, adding a touch of Vegas to the night. And to top it off, there was an epic large-scale electric game that had everyone testing their skills—safe to say, it was a massive hit!
The Best Part? Reliving the Fun! 🎥💫
After the event, the client received an online gallery with everyone’s incredible 360 video creations. This meant guests could relive the fun, share their videos, and keep those amazing memories forever. There’s nothing better than seeing the joy and excitement captured in every clip!
Wrapping Up ðŸŽ
After three hours of non-stop fun, we packed up with huge smiles on our faces. It was such an incredible night, and we’re so grateful to GWR for having us. Seeing people celebrate, connect, and just have a blast is exactly why we do what we do!
